rooms for rent in Dublin-prices

Its on the cheaper end of the scale to be honest, around me there are rooms going for 650-750. What location is it? Is it double or single?

Renting a room was around that price (or slightly higher) when I was looking in 2013! It is mad cheap compared to today's prices.

It's a fairly good price, but you get what you pay for - you are a bit out of the city centre. Bus fares will add up. 50minute walk into town.
