I don't know where we're going, but we know where we are? (Part whatever)

Was over at my sister’s place for a delicious dinner yesterday and a long evening chatting and listening to good music - and just so happy to be in her company and that also of my nephew, all grown up (he’s 20, in college, taller than me and has a stunning girlfriend) and my niece who has shot up since the last time I saw her and will be going into her final year of secondary school next week - she’s turning into a beautiful young woman. 💕 They grow up so very fast! My OH had never met my sister’s partner (not their father) so to see them get on so well was great. 😊👍👍

We’d planned to get into Amsterdam to browse the shops on Kalversraat and take in a museum but I’ve come down with a tummy bug so we will postpone till tomorrow.

This is the hotel we’re staying in. Built in 2009 as part of a wider redevelopment of the town of Zaandam, the building is seriously cool and clad in the traditional Zaanse region green and blue, typical of the old houses in the locality.

Another site bugbear - anyone else keep getting logged out of boards when you just open a new tab on your web browser? Grrr!!
