Kilcock Park and Ride closed - what happened?

Was in Kilcock today and I noticed that the Park and Ride opposite Lidl was no longer open - instead, it had giant concrete blocks all around the perimiter. What happened?

It had some vans and caravans parked up and they weren't using the train!!

It had some very unwelcome guests parked up in it for sometime.

Yeah hopefully so now at the moment the free car parking at the station is very rarely full.

Now open? This photo was taken on September 3rd 2021, concrete blocks removed from entrace, and there was 1 lonely car in there:
