    I think it's because the company giving you the prize isn't actually vodafone, but a company called Sweete.

    deleted it are reinstalled it lots!!!!!

    clearly a setting at their end

    and have been told i can play these games and get the rewards on the website when i log in!!!!!!.. haha, where?

    Just a heads up I think Lifestyle are doing 20% off for new customers when you sign up to a newsletter or whatever the equivalent is that they have. Just use a new email if you have an account already.

    Yes - mine was a legacy Business number. Had the same issue.

    They moved it to Personal account and the App worked away fine ever since.

    No difference from my end in regards to (legacy) Business or Personal account.

    If it's an active Business account it could be a different matter.
