Trying to cancel Sky broadband

Any know anything about trying to cancel Sky broadband? I asked 6 times through messenger to cancel my account at the start of August and lo and behold I was debited nearly €100 from my account today. I went straight back to the messenger chat and asked 5 times to cancel my service and it’s STILL NOT CANCELLED. How in gods name do you cancel. Each chat takes 30-60mins where I’m repeatedly saying I want to cancel and yet I’m not cancelled. What can I do about this? They just took the money from my account and ignored all the plea’s to cancel.

i find twitter always the best as its visible to potential customers so they want to shut down your complaint asap,

I tweeted them in august and they said they can’t do cancellations on Twitter to text them or use messenger 😬. They’re awful.

maybe tweet them again tag any consumer journo or anyone they dont want to see your complaint.outline how shabbily you have been treated,might have an affect

Maybe email them with references to when you started the process, cc comreg.

I did that before with Virgin, Comreg responded gave me a ticket number and said they looking into it in 10 days if it was not addressed.

They were very helpful, I was no longer considered "thinking about leaving" and it all worked out.
