    Was there anything to be taken from the Charity Shield today?

    Ihaenacho on the bench. Barnes coming off. Both looking rotation risks or getting subbed early.

    Elyounoussi who I've never heard of but plays for Southampton got a hattrick and 2 assists. The lad is 27 - so not a kid - surely that performance (albeit against Newport County), might get him some game time in the league.

    KWP got a goal and assist - so if Livramento is taking his spot, this main be cause for concern over next few GW's, as Southampton had a relatively strong side.
