Considering Liverpool didn't kick off until about 3.15 and didn't start playing until 3.30, it's going ok.

Thiago & Salah a class above IMO but that rest are a bit iffy. Tsimikas is doing his bit tbf. Milner is a hindrance going forward.

Tsimikas excellent that half, and Konate looks so assured! Looks an excellent buy, like a prototype VVD - and no better player to be lining up beside to help him develop that bit quicker.

Some work rate from the forwards that half too… could be another 2 up if Jota’s finishing was there today.

Thiago has a touch of the Lucas’s about him how he concedes some very stupid free kicks. Was blessed not to be booked earlier in the game.

Konate playing alongside Matip & VVD won't have many better to learn from over the next couple of seasons.

At 22 he could turn out to be a bargain as good as Fab.
