'Incident Role' on PULSE records

So I requested my PULSE records a month ago and it came back today. On one of the pages, it says 'Incident' in the heading. I have two for being a suspected offender and a witness.

On the row of Witness, it says 'Attention and Complaints'. I'm a bit confused by this. The wording would suggest that I reported something but I never did. This could then only mean that a report was made against me.

The "Attention and Complaints" classification under PULSE is a miscellaneous classification, it could be for anything really, but specifically something which is not crime related.

so why would someone report it to the Gardai, lol?

That really doesn't make much sense to be honest.

I'm guessing here, but somebody could have reported a crime to the guards, and named you as a witness to the crime (or even as a victim of the crime).

Just curious. As a first responder, who on multiple occasions has ASSISTED at incidents/crashes/assaults, would I be on pulse like this?

Unlikely, unless you were reporting an incident or could materially benefit a criminal investigation in some manner. More likely that the ambulance callsign or whatever might be noted in the narrative, if even. Would your details ever have been taken by Gardaí at the scene? For more serious incidents the details of the senior first responder might be noted but still wouldn't necessarily be associated on PULSE.

Amazing isn't it? Gardai are the only emergency service sent to all calls that have absolutely no relevance to them. Gardai are now social workers, fire fighters, paramedics, dog wardens, mediators, solicitors amongst others according to the calls they're sent to.

There are many many things that are reported to Gardai that aren't crimes but must still be recorded.

It could be anything which (either by you or someone else) has been made known/reported/mentioned something to the Gardaí which is of a non-criminal matter.

It could be related to the other two perhaps, it could be misclassified, but, based on what we know here it's impossible to know for sure.
