Iphone 13 pre order issues

Anyone else have issues ordering today

1.38pm and still; cannot place an order for iphone13 pro max

Site didnt go live till 1.05pm

put iphone in shopping bag

kept getting error on checkout, contacted my CC company and they siad no issues there end and no requests from apple

got apple chat, and they say , too much traffic to handle process orders... that's a 1st , usually when u get what u want in the bag , they grab the cash immediately

I tried to place my order 5 times. Each time it failed. "Unable to process the order".

However, on the order page, I have ordered 3 iPhones. I called Apple who said there is an issue with their systems and to check if the orders actually went through in an hour. I felt he just wanted to get rid of me. Each order has a delivery date and won't let me cancel. So I put a hold on my credit card.

It takes a bit of time to be able to cancel the order. If u have a hold on the card you original one won’t process.

you should be able to cancel it now. Happened me too and I was able to cancel a few hours later.

I tried to pre-order one last week through Vodafone. It would not let me do it online and directed me to ring them or do it via webchat. I opted to ring them but that was an none runner as I couldn't get through to them.

On Monday I tried via webchat and after about half an hour of faffing around I was told that they accepted my order for a 13 Pro 512GB Graphite!

Only thing concerning me is that I haven't received any sort of conformation for this order in any form. I'd at least expect to have received an email form them. I was told I'd get a text once they had the iPhone in stock. It all seems a tad Heath Robinson to me!

I got my pre-order in on time but UPS seems to say its stuck in customs until tomorrow. Was due 24th

I’m in the 4th -11th Oct boat too. Still processing and money not taken yet. Certainly won’t be getting it on the 4th for sure

I had the same thing happen, was set at cleared customs all day, went out for delivery late Friday and then changed to delayed by 1 business day.

Ended up being a disaster, phone went missing from Friday to Thursday, kept updating saying it was delayed by a day. Took multiple calls with both UPS and Apple but finally arrived yesterday.

Have been sitting on the case and the glass protector for the past week and a half :D

Now the estimates are going well into November
