Did 5 of them, got an 81 Vaclik as my highest. Prob won’t do anymore.. supply is slowly dwindling.

Did 5 of the 78+ upgrades so far. Luis Alberto, Chiellini, Coates, Pellegrini and Rebic.

I can actually use Chiellini, and the rest are great SBC fodder. I might run all my common golds through this, the hit rate doesn’t look too bad at all.

Yep, I’d recommend copying tactics off YouTube - using HugeGorilla’s 4321 atm but the likes of NealsGuides and FUTAnalyst are very good too.

I guess opponents may have quicker reaction times too. In season 5 you definitely need 2 wins without a loss in between, which can be difficult. I think you need 8 wins in total in that division

Hiya - Is there a way to get an EA Play/Access trial (want to try out FIFA for 10 hours)?

Or is it just worth going the 1 Month route? Don't want to commit to buying FIFA. Need a PES alternative to do me for the year but I'm skeptical as a PES lover.

Funny you should say that, because I had exactly the same experience yesterday. I upgraded my team with Chiesa, Skrinar, Barella, Handanovic, OTW Dumfries, Emre Can, who were all much better than the likes of Bellingham who they replaced. Same formation, same tactics, same division, and I literally could not pass the ball 5 yards. Neto was as overpowered as every keeper for me previously, but Handanovic was diving out of the way of shots, and palming weak shots straight at him into the corner of his own net.

The amount of really basics mistakes was nuts. Chiesa had worse dribbling than Diego Carlos who was my previous CB. Presume it's something to do with loyalty. Very odd anyway. The connection in the games showed the same ping as all previous nights.

Glad it’s not just me anyway, thought it was in my head for a while but the drop off in performance was so stark it was impossible to ignore. I’m not so sure it has much to do with loyalty though, I packed a couple of brilliant players in midfield and they’ve been the worst performers of the lot, with loyalty. Maybe my tactics aren’t suitable for better quality players, I might have another look and see what I can change.

Keep me posted if you notice an improvement and how it came about, because I’m still playing like I have 11 bronze players.

You get 200 qualification points for a win in div 4 so getting into qualifying is definitely a lot more doable as you get through the divisions

80k+ for that Pedro card, very few gold cards in the game that cost more than that

Yeah, found silvers died once everyone had the starter SBCs done. The daily SBC from yday made them spike again for an hour or so though.

Completely agree with all that, I like you would fail to qualify sometimes, and I know people say “oh well once you qualify you can lose all 20 and still get decent rewards”, but that’s not really the point, rewards are nice of course but I’d actually want to play some games competitively.

I wouldn’t spend money on fifa points either as I know that’s not the issue, but many will.

I do think they’ll have to change something though.

if the casuals all drop away after 2 or 3 months then the decent g1 elite 3 players of last year will become the bottom feeders for the best players and they’ll lose interest too
