Went with quite a few road wins here which I don't like doing although this year seems to be following the Covid trend of home advantage not being that important so far. Really struggled with Chiefs Bills but at the end of the day my decision came down to Mahomes vs Allen and right now it's definitely still Mahomes for me. Hard to know with the Titans who they're gonna have back this week but with everything that's going on with Meyer this could be another tough week for the Jags. Sided with Saints over WFT as well which could easily go the other way, just still like the look of the Saints D and think Heinicke could struggle to do much against them.

Browns Chargers should be the other big one this week after SNF but I'm backing Cowboys Giants to be a sneaky great game this week. Hoping the Giants can carry the bounce from last week and really make a game of it.

Going with the Pats this week. This time on purpose.😣. Better rookie QB and more importantly a far better team around him.

Aside from that Mahomes is better than Allen but Mahomes will start to look like Brees did and losing while scoring 50 points if that defense does not improve. (Also man the new site having greater than as quote button is annoying). Broncos and Steelers should be close but betting on team when I don't want to bet on either Lock or Ben. If Teddy starts I will be more sure of the result.

Rams tonight. Do the rest tomorrow

Not a bad game so far, both QBs with finger issues on their throwing hand now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,917 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Michael Dickson is a fun guy, great play under pressure.

The jets are a bad team and I’m not sure what Zach Wilson saw on that INT.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,532 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

FG Atlanta to go 20-3 to the falcons at HT. I watched bits of the first half but I think I’ll wait until the 6pm games to watch more. I will say the stadium looks unreal in the NFL configuration.

Falcons get the win. Jets briefing threatened a comeback in the 4th

    Poor Jacksonville lol

God I’m starting to hate the eagles.

Three TDs in the Patriots/Texans games and three missed PATs.

3 touchdowns in the Texans-Patriots game. 3 missed extra points! 12-6 to Houston.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,446 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

Helluva play by the Texan DB to punch the ball out there.

Find it hard to believe Joe Burrow wasn't concussed the way his head smashed off the turf on that tackle. Shocked he has been cleared to return after that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,532 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

15-6 panthers over the eagles at HT.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,532 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

TD eagles finally so 15-13 panthers.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

oh Mason Crosby. Missed PAT and now a missed 36 yard potential game winner. Chance for Bengals

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

how could th eVikings blow this game. Stilll quite a bit for the Lions to do, obviously, but crazy if they get this chance.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

TC Lions, PAT no gimmie anymore, i wonder if they go for 2

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

wow, some conclusion. Minn with 37 ticks and 2 TO, so plenty to get into FG range for them. This could be a season-ender for the Vikings. think they've lost a couple of tight games already this year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,446 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

Ballsy call from Dan Campbell, but you're winless so why not?

It's the Lions and the Vikings have 40 seconds so it's not over yet.

    Doink

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

ooof, that's harsh on the Bengals, and now GB just need 15 for Crosby redemption chance. Tough call for th eBengals.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Lions will kick themselves if they lose this now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,446 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

The Lions have Lion'd it again 🥲

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Wow, 3 last second game winnig kick chances. Of course the Lions had to give up 50 yards in 35 seconds....that might save the season for the Vikes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,977 ✭✭✭TheDoctor

That was a great few minutes of Redzone

  • Registered Users Posts: 981 ✭✭✭Lionbacker

    Pain mark 2.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Pity all the kicks were at the same time, wasn't great to look at them in a quad box. Would've preferred that each got it's own drama. I think redzone should edit/delay in situations like that. it's not that important if you see the kicks 10/15 seconds delayed.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Cripes, what was that from Burrow. lobbed it straight to the LB. Surely GB will win this now

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

seriously Denver....a fade? Maybe that wasn't his first read, but man what a weak play that was.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,977 ✭✭✭TheDoctor

    That Bengals Packers game

Bridgewater is the opposite of clutch. He's just not got "it" To be honest I'd rather they roll with Lock for the rest of the season and see what's what.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,411 ✭✭✭✭paulie21

    Another miss by Crosby

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

GB and Cin is going to end as a tie, isn't it! Crosby has the yips for sure.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

some catch that was. that'll be overturned for sure.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Bengals only have themselves to blame. went ultra conservative for some reason, to leave quite a missable FG. Very poor play ccalling. Don't deserve to win it with that attitude.

Eagles get the win but they made hard work of it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

went into Carolina and beat an in form panthers, and to come from behind like they did .i'd say that was pretty impressive.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,532 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Well you can call it impressive if you want but I will call it a win but the overall play was not good.
