Just making sure, you’re 100% doing it in the right mode, yeah? There’s two friendly modes that are very similar, for different objectives. I may or may not have nearly done the wrong one myself.

I think it has to be players from only one of those nations, not a mix. Haven't done it myself but that's how I read it.

Just lost a game on pens in that knockout kings mode… his final pen chipped my keeper despite diving the right way. Final stats for me 23 shots vs his 12. Ended 1-1 and his GK got MOTM with 13 saves.

Another excellent card for those running a Serie A team with the RTTK Politano SBC.

Even without the upgrade he's better than Chiesa already especially with the finesse shot trait and I prefer a left footer on the right and vice-versa, for being able to cut in (Chiesa is right footed).

He should get at least one upgrade and has a decent shot at two.

82 with a TOTW and an 83 with a RTTK is excellent value really, especially as most people will have all of the above already in their clubs. Worst case scenario you'll have to buy a RTTK for ~30k and won't have to spend any more.

I gave the WL qualifiers a go yesterday. Won 4 and got destroyed in the other 5. I'd say six of the teams I faced all had Benzema, Fekir and the new Bernardo Silva card up front. That Silva card is like a cheat code.

I'm sick to death of that Fekir card already and Dembele is another one.

Of the 6 games I played in the playoffs and the 15 in the actual WL, I would say at least 75% had Fekir and Dembele.

For a game that's just over 3 weeks old and prices as low as they have ever been at this stage of the game, so many people have the same team already.

Can’t remember the last time I played a team that didn’t have the Fekir card.

Played one yesterday who had the Silva card and Silva alone scored 3 goals. Even headers, out jumping my centre backs.

Qualified for my first champs yesterday,not avian of this playoff format at all .What's the verdict on pogba here I bought him during the week cus I'm running a mostly prem team but he feels really poor and sluggish ,probaly gonna move him on.

Jesus i'd love that RTTK Timo Werner, his base card is insane for me, well in squad battles he is anyway, runs in behind as per instruction, online he runs everywhere except in behind 😄

Needed 1 win from 1 match in the knockout kings, im 3-0 up, my opponent takes off Fekir and Benzema and brings on my favourites from the other day Gelson and Maximin, who just rip me apart, i lost 4-3, i even went ultra defensive to try stop them, didnt work

It's mainly a Premier League team, all Prem defense. I've actually kept a good few clean sheets recently in Div 4, so I think I'll stick with Schmeichel.

Actually, just hit me…do the upgrades stop once they get their upgrade? In previous years, they kept getting upgraded so long as they kept winning, but just hit me the name implies it’s only the upgrades for getting out of the knockout rounds….

It’s a maximum of 2 upgrades so once they reach the knockouts the upgrades stop.

Salah could probably have a 99 rated card by Black Friday the way he's going. Could have another totw for his performance today, or a record breaker for becoming the top scoring African in the Premier League, surely has player of the month tied up as well.

Going to try and stock up on fodder now as he'll probably be over a million coins.

In FUT Champs playoffs I had an opponent quit 1 min in at 0-0.

Couple of Qs - 1) Looks like result is given as draw but I got given no points. Is that correct? Fairly stupid if so

2) Looks like it used my Player Contracts for that. Even stupider if so

Stuck in a bit of a rut right now. Can’t get out of rank 2 in div4, keep winning one then losing two.

Can’t manage to qualify for WL which means I don’t have access to top rewards.

Not really sure what to do next!

Same stuck at rank 1 in div.4, doesnt help when i go to play 1st game of the day and i meet a 90ovr team with 9 icons, along with Messi at RW but he have Hakimi so it wasnt all bad, i just left straight away

Had the three more expensive parts of Bernardo RTTK done and had one objective left to get Kruse for the 82 part. Did a Preview packs and out pops Bruno. So running a fairly attacking midfield at the moment as I have tried a number of players in there instead of Ndombele but nobody is that good of a CDM I have found so may as well just go all out attack and accept I will concede. Until I can afford Kante anyway.

I'd imagine he'd be a fair bit cheaper than Ronaldo since he only has a 3 star weak foot, is a rw instead of a striker and is from a harder nation to link to other good players.

That said he'd still probably be around 1.5 million so it'll probably make more sense to just try his normal card and save up for a toty or tots version which will be a bigger upgrade.

Sarah’s current If is 550k on Xbox. So given he’d be a 91 rated card, I’d say he’ll be about 750k.

What happens is the game doesn’t count towards anything, it goes down as a draw on your overall record and you lose contracts on players.

I’ve had people quit in champs at 0-0 in the 90th minute, big waste of my time.

Grand tbf, Konate isn't great but Gomez and Upamecano are decent. I have used better players in there like Laporte & Dias and there's not really a difference that I have noticed. Van Dijk or Varane would be an upgrade I'm sure but not an upgrade worth a couple of 100k imo.

I know, tbf I only put most of that team together last night. Lukaku, the three CBs & GK are the only ones who survived. Only got IF Ndombele, Bruno & Bernardo yesterday and had packed Vardy but not used him.

Can somebody tell me how rivals rewards work, im div.4 ranked 1st, but i just completed 3/3 and 7/7 rank 3 requirements, it then says to get rank 2 rewards i need to reach rank 2 but im already ranked 1st

Can anyone offer some advice for upgrades to my team? I have 300K.

I generally sub in Pedro for Insigne and Dembele for Lukaku late game. Also De Bruyne plays as a CAM. During a game it is really a 4-2-3-1. I don't concede many but I don't score many.

The Knockout Kings objective is definitely bugged. I mentioned this earlier in the thread. I was using a team made up of a mix of the allowable nations and won 2 matches but got no rewards. I switched then to just a German team, won a match just now and still no progress.

Chem is at 88 for my starting lineup. I'd like to have Haaland in my starting lineup but he reduces the chemistry too much.

I switch to a slightly different formation (4-2-3-1) at kick-off.
