Probably an absurd theory OP but I have to say over the past year I've absolutely seen quite a determined effort by a number of Mysterious users, some not even in the country, some clearly with multiple accounts, defend a certain political party and its leader.

Of course they are entitled to post and have opinions but it's glaring obvious what they are at.

Are they Paid 🤔 extremely unlikely and besides even if they were it would be a profound waste of money. Are they, shall we say motivated to post extraordinary defence of the indefensible 🤔 I'd have to say, highly likely, do they actually achieve anything 🤔, absolutely not 😏

Why do people post on any forum?

It’s a pity that the main posters making the claim of paid posters haven’t had the balls to post on this thread. I suspect it’s because they are the paid posters, and their job is to make their co-conspiracy theorists look stupid, therefore highlighting to borderline conspiracy theorists that they should re-evaluate their thought and research methods.

The sum-total of the basis of the claim

e.g. if I make a claim that "you are always posting in support of Man Utd, therefore you are paid by Man Utd". And that's all I can provide, then you can dismiss it.

If however Man Utd is exposed as paying posters online, and e.g. your account/username was listed, or you were in some database or whatever, then there's a basis.

The above example has some logic to it, BUT the issue on conspiracy forums it that the "shill" accusation doesn't make sense to begin with. Who are you paid by? According to people who think the Jews are behind everything, you are paid by the Jews. According to others who are paranoid of US govt, the US govt are your paymasters, or it's the "Elites", or the "NWO", "Big Pharma", etc. In this context it's not just a weak claim with no evidence, but the claim is completely nonsensical.

It's not a lazy slur either, some of these people really believe posters here are paid, but they can't explain it any logical way. This is because they aren't using logic.

I'm assuming that all paid posters are anti CT? Specifically anti:

• Anti-Vax
• 2020 US election irregularities
• Climate Change is fake

I mean I know I am paid handsomely for my posts. I use my money to vaccinate the LGBTQI+ community because they are too busy wiping their a$$es on the 'murican flag after they hug a woke tree.
