Brighton are not playing poorly and Liverpool are not playing great. Playing well but not great. The game is somewhat more even than 2-0 I think but Liverpool should be winning all the same. There's another few levels yet if needed

It’s the right call according to the rule, but the rule is stupid. Can’t score if the ball touches your hand in the lead up to a goal - even if clearly accidental. They did at least amend the rule a bit last summer to allow the ball to have accidentally touched an assisters hand, but not a scorer.

Bit of a freak goal tbh, dipping shot like that.

The disallowed goal was a momentum changer, just gave Brighton the breather they needed. They arw dangerous though, they are threatening the high line and getting in behind regular enough.

Very open at the back and running through midfield. Not a way get a result here. Stupid crosses into the bos are happening again too

Could have been 3-0 up but goal ruled out correctly.

Went 2-1 with a belter of a goal.

Almost went 2-2 but Alisson was alert and off his line early to sweep up.

Almost too confident at times. I'm happy its half time so that Klopp can bring them back down to earth if they think this is already won. It's not.

We're so open, all charging forward and putting serious pressure on the back 2. Hendorson getting carried away, haring forward into their box whenever we get the ball, just sit in and trust the forwards.

I said it here last week and same again, there is something funny with us defensively this year!! Not at the races at all, that's now AC, Madrid and Brighton where we threw away 2 goal leads...any time teams go at us they create glaring opportunities!!! We won't win anything this year unless that addressed this soon...
