Basic bank account

Looking into opening a basic bank account for my brother who is on social welfare - disability allowance. In the t&c's it seems that you can't open the account if you've got basic features in another bank. Can you open the account if you already have a pca without basic features with another bank? He has full charges

Thanks for getting in touch.
In this instance, as your brother already has a personal current account with another bank he is not eligible for the Basic Bank Account.
