6 months trying to get a PIN Number

    Card got cancelled back in may and 3 different cards arrived to my house and no corresponding PIN number. Old PIN number didn’t work on the account. Have been chasing this up for months to no avail with PIN numbers being issues and never arriving. Last one ordered on 20th Oct and never showed up. Every other single correspondence from the bank shows up to my address. Absolutely ridiculous. Still getting charged fees on an account I can’t use properly and nobody can seem to help me get to the bottom of this.

    Did all that. Rang and got another new card issued and that showed up no problem. Still no corresponding PIN number. Think this is card number 4 now.
