Lidl do chicken stomachs and beef scalp and handy enough in the small bags that you can try them before you get a bigger amount elsewhere. Rawvolution and Fetch stock lots of different bits too and Zooplus of course which is better value than most. You can also get a dehydrator and make your own!

The ones out of lidl smell awful, my dogs didn't like them either! Zooplus is my go to for things like that.
