I missed it today because the prospect of shopping won out.

Kerist, that's how bad it is. Traipsing around a fecking supermarket with me back killing me is preferable to this shoyte.

    Did I miss much?

    Don't answer. I don' wanna know. :)

Its a sign... I'm off out for a pint might put a rosier complexion on the situation cheers 🍻👍

  • The situation is gloomy, so I’m going to give Liveline Boardsies a Christmas present. Watch this space for some parody web hosting. Now where did I put the code in cold storage?

  • Right, I want suggestions for a domain name to host Pets of de Pandemic, which Pie oh My can live update. Could add buttons for sound effects like barking, meowing or de host’s belching. Could Joe himself be added in as a pet? Or could we have a webpage “Petals of de Pandemic”?

If you need hosting I can do it for you for free

  • I’ll later update de pet-list & drop de code here as open-source so to speak. We need a domain name, relating to Liveline parody, dat might include other pages, not just Pets of de Pandemic.

  • De simple Open Source Code for project as below. Edits welcome:

Buy a cheap domain off godaddy - pets-of-the-pandemic.online is a bargain at less than a euro

  • Ok I have registered through Godaddy

    pets-of-the-pandemic.com

and it’s to be hosted through Ionis at rock bottom rate. It was cheapest/nearly free combo I could find. Godaddy were directing to partner company and it was going to be costly to put up own code.

I now need an authentication code from to transfer site.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,518 ✭✭✭✭fritzelly

I can host you for free on my server - let me know and I can set it up then you just need to change the nameservers at GoDaddy and done and dusted
