Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I know what you are saying but the same could be extended to the other half i think. I don't fancy De Sousa or Aspinall based on form. Chisnall a bit like Smith in a way and i'm not sure Anderson has it in him to win a Worlds anymore.

    looking at a little double bet of van duijvende to beat ross smith at 9/10 and luke humphries to beat chizzy 9/10 works out at over 2 and a half to one.

    I have Smith to beat van Divingboard in my acca. Been impressed by Smith. I think Humphries will beat Chizzy.

    Cross isn't playing 'til Tuesday so surely he'll be good to play if he gets a few negative tests.

    Hard to know what they'll do here. It doesn't seem like they have paid a huge amount of attention to Covid up to now. Have they been testing players at all during the tournament?

    It seems strange that, in a crowded and seemingly poorly ventilated building, located in a city that is apparently crawling with Covid, there has been next to no impact on the tournament so far, certainly in terms of the seeded players anyway.

    I wouldn't be surprised if they just let him play on.

    Thinking about doing 2 of the Smiths (Ross and Raymond) , Ryan Searle , Daryl Gurney , and Luke Humphries...

    Not yet, but likely tomorrow, as potential worries over Cross. Will do singles anyway and maybe an accum. Florian Hempel playing extremely well, so that's a bit of concern over the Aussie Raymond Smith. Maybe I'll leave him out of the acca..

    MASSIVE 120 checkout by Ross Smith there.. 2-0 up and deserves the lead.. The 'fly' shenanigans didn't help Dirk at all... he milked it too much, and only managed a poor 40 off the back of an opening ton 80.. Ross looks pretty cool up there... 😊

    Incredible the amount of times players miss a big number when going for a double. Really careless stuff. van Divingboard has too much adrenaline flowing while Smith is so calm.

    That big 16 miss looked like it really messed with Smith's head...would have given him a match dart...

    Fair play to Mr Aubergine, he can score and finish with the best of them on his day
