I see former world finalist Kirk Shepherd has handed back his tour card

Paul Hogan and Ross Montgomery from the ole BDO trying their hand this year

First stage starts on Sunday

Any Irish players trying this year?

Never thought I would see Ross the Boss enter a PDC tournament.

I love Q-School, I wish some of the boards were streamed.

I reckon the WDF are sweating as over 20 of the players in the draw for the WDF World Championships have entered Q-School. If they earn a card then they'll have to pull out of the WDF Worlds.

The luck of the draw is a cruel mistress. A lot of fellas winning matches easily with 70 averages.

In fairness, that seems to be an exception - standard looks pretty good looking at the scoring in general

Fallon Sherrock's game was a good one - every leg went with the throw, and as mentioned above she looks to have been unlucky to come up against an opponent on form

Guess if you had the money (think it's about 500 to enter?) then why wouldn't you? Chance to play a middling pro and maybe take a leg or two off them. Story for the pub and all that.
