Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sudbury v Colchester is onnBBC right now.

Remember back in 1995 when Man Utd were 3-0 down to Southampton before half time wearing grey shirts, and they changed at HT with the excuse that they could not see each other with the grey shirts ?

Well Colchester are trying to recreate that right now with their odd green shirts hard to see against the shades of the Sudbury artificial grass.

So business end of the competition kicks off tomorrow. Anyone any thoughts on the eventual winner? I suppose it's going to be one of the 'big boys' again...

FA have enforced a different rule to the PL / EFL regarding postponements too.

As long as there is the fit & available 14 players at the club, you must fulfill the fixture. Irrespective of age or experience. The PL requires 14 with sufficient experience at senior level.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,286 ✭✭✭✭citytillidie

Update to the fixtures sees the following

    Saturday 8th

    Mansfield Town V Middlesbrough - (12:15)

    Bristol City V Fulham - (12:30)

    Burnley V Huddersfield Town - (12:30)

    Coventry City V Derby County - (12:30)

    Swansea V Southampton - (17:30) - Live on BBC Wales / iPlayer

Yeovil Town V AFC Bournemouth - (17:45) - Live on BBC iPlayer

    Charlton Athletic V Norwich City

    Liverpool V Shrewsbury Town

    Stoke City V Leyton Orient

Yeah they will. Liverpool's u18 cup game today was cancelled as they are expecting those players to be needed. At least we have clear directive for this tournament from the (somewhat) outset anyways.

I'm not sure on the exact dates with their initial positive tests but Alisson, Matip & Firmino could be available for the tie.

Clicked into Livescore after hearing the result expecting to see a bunch of Newcastle kids and reserves - can't believe that a team full of first choice players could lose to Cambridge! Incredible result for them, but really bad for Newcastle. Might even cause a few prospective signings to have second thoughts... though I'm sure the money will win a few hearts and minds in the end anyway.

Looking forward to Guardian Weekly with Max Rushden now, he's a huge Cambridge Utd fan.

Struggling to see how Rashford has such a big reputation. He's very average.

Buendia is a big liberty for Villa too. Keeps giving it away in the wrong areas which allows Villa to be countered easily.
