Is BANK OF IRELAND taking calls from the public any longer?

Have been trying to get in touch with BOI credit operations for 4 days following receipt of a letter - have waited up to 30 min each time but no-one answers from any number...

Can anyone tell me if I'm just unlucky with timing or...?

Two banks are exiting the market and all customers must find a new bank at the same time.... and taking on and training extra staff in time is not an option.... to be expected I'm afraid. May be try and go into the branch.

Most of the branchs are closed down so check to see if your one is still open
