Deer dead on Motorway Naas

ah OP, at least make it somewhat believable when creating a story and you might have got some traction.

But M7 near Naas is not known for deer, so that was it out immediately.

Thousands travel the road and traffic updates are given both here and in many places and an accident like this would 110% make news headlines.

So next time you want to troll, think of say the cork/tipperary border on the old M8 where there are a few herds of deer and plenty of warning signs.

If they're using that as the basis of their spoof, they're fairly gilding the lily!!

Hypothetically, if the deer had an owner, they would at least be liable for the damage to the truck. Not sure about the SUV. Since it was beyond their control that you hit it after the truck hit it

If the deer was wild, you would probably have to prove the NRA, County Council, Motorway Maintenance and others knew there was an issue with deer incursions the road and didn't sufficiently act on it to keep them off. If for example they tried to fence then its probably just an accident and no 3rd party liability for them

so you hit the deer landed on the other fast lane and also went to one of the sides of the road to collect mud and grass and back to fast lane. Also thats not an SUV.
