    So first timer here on the advice of my sister who reverts to Boards for all answers 😂😂

    I am a 35 year old man, who has struggled with addiction issues over the last 14 years. I have been free from all substances the past 9 months and I’ve gained some weight.


    I want to shift the weight and I’d like some direction, best way to address the weight gain. I.E jogging, Boxing or where to go best to address It I would love some direction off you guys here
