Utd fan here watching the game……have to say fair play to Diaz for not pulling out of going for the header but I don’t know what logic the VAR officials were using to deem that Sanchez actions were not dangerous.

At the very least the referee had to be asked to up over and take another look at it on the pitch side monitor.

That’s a yellow card foul on Mane too. They’re being allowed kick the crap out of our players.

Surely wages as a whole should be looked at, what are the total wages at the club. The focus on where it goes should not be an issue, we won't pay Mo 400k a week, but we'll happily pay 3 bench warmers 150k a week. Makes no sense.. as that costs more over all paying lesser players with no , or little input.

All the talk has been about Mo's contract. What about Mane and Bobby? Haven't heard much talk on their positions. Bobby has been a tremendous player for the club but has regressed massively over the last 12-18 months so I'm assuming they might let him go. But surely Mane is worth keeping, guess it depends on what he's asking for too. Big summer coming up.

Terrible decision.

I criticise them most weeks for being crap but even I'm shocked they haven't givent hat Red card. Genuinely astounding. As easy a decision as you'd ever have to make.

This joker of a ref could cost us today. Diaz fouled and a throw awarded to Brighton, a blatant handball and a missed chance, that would have counted if it went in.

How Lallana's body was robust enough for him to make it as a pro is a shock. The poor lad is so brittle.

You can kind of forgive the on field ref, they make decisions on instinct that happen very quickly and on the Diaz goal, Dean is probably thinking we'll they've scored, yes it's a foul but advantage played, let's see what VAR think.

Hate those penalties, not deliberate at all. Deliberate handballs are so so rare in football.

It's probably that he hasn't scored any till recently I think I only remember one before now, he always did them and got into great positions but usually took too much out of it
