    Hi All,

    1. What is your budget? Up to €1500


    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Mainly photography editing - Lightroom & Photoshop .


    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Can purchase a key if it does not come with build.


    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Keyboard & mouse.


    5. Do you need a monitor? No, recently got a dell 32inch 4k ultra sharp


    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? No


    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No


    8. How can you pay? Credit/Debit card


    9. When are you purchasing? Soon


    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? N/A


    Right, friend of mind needs to upgrade his pc, primarily for photography (lightrrom & photoshop) he won't be gaming and hasn't mentioned video editing. Will be also using ms office. He is open to prebuilds (ie Dell, Lenovo etc) or ordering parts and I'll put it together for him. He is VAT registered so will be looking to claim the VAT back on this purchase, he would rather spend the money now and have a system that will last him a while. He understands the market is different these days with graphics card being on the high side. Open to all suggestions
