Virgin Media 240mb wireless issues

    I have the white Modem connected to an Archer c7 for the last few years now but since the start of the year maybe longer the wifi is giving me constant issues.

    I've reset it changed channels the usual stuff. Some days the 5ghz goes missing altogether and I can't even connect to it.

    I dunno weather I need to update the router modem the package or change something in the settings? I haven't had a chance to ring Virgin in a while but last time they just told me to change the channel anyway.

    Everything was fine but now there's issues most days im paying 67 euro a month and wondering why! Ha.
