Problem with Disney Plus

Hi.

Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue. I have been unable to login or even open Disney Plus using our Eir home broadband for the last week. It won't open on my phone or on the firestick. It will however work on my phone if I switch to data. The internet is working for everything else and is a very fast fibre connection. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

DNS change perhaps.

Try restarting the router and fire stick.

It actually happened again since but ya I got it sorted. Ring Eir and get them to change the settings with your modem. Can't remember the exact name but that's it anyway!

Problem solved! Thanks very much. Router needed a hard reset. Stick a pin in the back of the router job.
