can someone help me please...

we are having an argument in work about the opening songs for the sunday and monday night football on sky over the years... does anyone know the songs and the years or even

was - queens one vision ever used. has it been used in adverts or anything???

please help us, its gonna come to clatters.

They also used the Perfect Dark theme and game track from the N64 game.

They actually used Fools Gold through this year's Worthington Cup too.

I remember "here we go, here we go, here we go, this is it" as the original Super Sunday theme, also, a Paul Weller choon, Andreas Johnson's Glorious, Lovin each day by the spawn of the devil and now Dario G's Carnaval de Paris.

There might be a generic Sky Sports theme between the original Super Sunday theme and Paul Weller's Out Of The Sinking, but I cant remember.

And now the super sunday song is a woman/man going to a game on a chair downright awful.
I used to love the old Monday night football song.
They use "Ready to go" for Englands games but I can't think of the band for love nor money.:)

They also used Doves - Words. It was used a lot during the last 2 seasons. Listen to it and you'll know where it came from.

What about the music Match of the Day used for the Goal of the Month bit from a few years ago? Also recently used in a travel ad, so I'm told.

I heard it come from some French 70s porno, not sure whether to believe that or not

Also used by Sky Sports for their football coverage were:

Ronan Keating - Lovin' Each Day (Premiership coverage - last year, I think)
Elton John - Are You Ready For Love (This years Champions League adverts)

...and an instrumental version of the Red Hot Chili Peppers "Universally Speaking" for the continuity sections in their current Premiership coverage.

Loads of SR music is used all over sky sports, Love Spreads is often played of the rundown of the two given teams recent form in the live games build up.

Also, 'Driving South' is the address music on soccer am and a few other tracks from Second Coming show up in bits and bobs most weeks!
