    Hi guys,

I purchased a Monitor Audio 5.1 package off you guys approx 5 years ago. I just noticed over the weekend that the subwoofer seems to have died :( It doesn't power on, I just get a red blinking light when I power it off, but I never get the expected green light to indicate its powered.... I hooked up an old cheap sub I had here in storage just to be sure that its the sub that is the problem and not the Amp, and that old sub works fine... also checked cables, power leads, etc and all OK, so its definitely a fault in the MA sub unfortunately. And a quick google tells me its not an uncommon problem, e.g. https://www.avforums.com/threads/monitor-audio-mass-w200-blinking-red-led.2280982/

Could you tell me if you've heard of this problem before? If they're a serviceable item (for a reasonable cost) or is it a case of tipping it into the e-waste bin?! As its 5+ years old I would guess I'm out of luck warranty wise...
