tv cables on my house

    i allowed KNN many years ago to put tv cables across my house. i dont have cable tv myself. the cable has detached from its fixing and is now hanging across my top bedroom windows...KNN refuse to answer any questions as tot he problem. how do i find those responsible for this matter .
