Standing Order AIB

I have a standing order between my current & savings account, that is due to come into play today, Saturday 30th April. Will this now come into play on Tuesday next, owing to the bank holiday weekend? Thank you.

Yes, that would be the expected behaviour. For scheduled transactions such as a standing order or direct debit etc, where the scheduled date falls on non-business day, it will be executed on the next working day.
