I think the easiest thing in the world to fix is lads diving. Just book them. Any play acting. Yellow card. Done overnight. It ruins the game.

I still feel weirdly cautiously optimistic... all season we've been a second half team. We've had a rake of awful awful first halves. Going in effectively 'level' at the break I think will be just about enough.

Well that was shambolic. Midfield completely over run, sloppy passing, TAA caught out again. Need to get Keita off, Hendo on, I’d hook Jota as well and bring on Diaz. Could be a night for super hero Divock.

Well that was quite a poor half but we usually always adapt in the second half to problems the opposition have caused us in the first so hopefully we can pull this out of the fire here. Would really be a disaster to get knocked out after having a two goal lead.

Awful stuff. Players seem to have underestimated Villarreal after last week. Keita repeating the Real Madrid performance. Defence look stuck to the ground. Diaz on for Jota. Hendo for Keita. I don’t think Klopp will wait for 10 mins for the substitutions. Needs changes now.
