    Really tough one that. After getting letters 2 and 5 correct, it took me age to think of a single word that could fit. Had to Google it to get the right spelling.

    I’ve just seen a few other words that NY Times will be removing. I have absolutely no idea why they think they’re sensitive words including today’s and yesterday’s.

    We really gotta move game hosts. I can’t be dealing with their crap and what they believe I should and shouldn’t think.

    I was exactly the same as I knew the second letter had to be in the last position. So I was the same. What the hell combination will work here. I was trying to come up with some letters to even eliminate via a word and couldn't.

    So I am two lines in, have three letters in wrong places, and cannot make a single word of it. I will have to abandon it and come back later, I have been staring at the dratted thing for 45 minutes.

    Sounds like you 2 folks got a different word than I did! mine was definitely an easy enough word, but my starting guess gave me very little to go on, so happy enough with my 4.

    I checked and both are showing as above:

    nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html.

    But I have checked history and it has the following as the link:

    powerlanguage.co.uk/wordle but when I click in, it changes to the above nytimes address.

    I have played on both today and gotten two very different words. It might also explain when I look at other peoples, I have often struggled to think what the previous guesses could have even been.
