He doesn't do politics unless it American. Outside of that he has next to no interest.

I heard his show the day the NI assembly elections were taking place, and he didn't mention it. But he spoke about primary elections in Ohio, like all his listeners cared so much about some election in Ohio between candidates they have never heard of.

The assembly elections in NI that day were probably the most newsworthy in 100yrs.

Tubs can't do documentaries of more than 90minutes length. Aw, his simple brain can't handle having to concentrate for longer than that, so the rest of us should modify our documentary viewing accordingly. Imagine "The Staircase" being 90mins for example?

Tonight's Playback is definitely worth a listen to.

The first twelve minutes totally took the piss out of Tubs show.

One example being: "All the British news brought to you by The Mail On.................... Sorry, the Ryan Tubridy show". It got better after that 😂

There will be a least one colleague crossed off Ryan's Christmas list.

And the likes of Tubs and Matt Cooper annoy me. They hated Trump and wished for him to be gone from office for 4 years. Once he was voted out, they have done nothing but chat about him since.

Hilarious... He barley reads the few scraps of paper handed to him at 8.55 before a live show.

And come on two years of reading Scandi Noir and Icelandic crime novels and prior to that every Liz Nugent and other Irish crime writers book hardly makes for a well read man.

Pity he wouldn't read a few sports biographies and shift his ignorance levels on that topic. It's not OK to just be completely disinterested and intolerant of sports in a position like that. He doesn't have to play but he should at a minimum understand the psychology of it and how most normal rounded humans are involved or in some way interested..... But then again we are not dealing with a normal well rounded individual
