    I've relations who got the lucky bag licences (driving licences handed out to everyone who were in the waiting list in the 70's when the backlog overwhelmed the system so they just gave everyone in the list one) back in the 70's, despite driving over 40 years they still will not drive on the motorway nor drive in city centre traffic. I'd say they wouldn't pass the driving test today either.
