    So does Daragh think it is his human right to have the HSE pay a doctor to stick a scope up between his legs so he can pretend he has had a cervical examination while women with an actual cervix wait in the queue outside.

    I'll be he doesn't because unlike the two women who just argued the issue for the last 15 minutes he seems like a sensible person.
