I must just be unlucky. Out of four orders three have cancelled. Two I showed up and the place was closed (different places on each occasion). I love the idea of the app but so far it hasn't worked out for me.

White rabbit Leinster street d2, toasted caprese ciabatta, large mixed salad with falafels and sauce. I've eaten from here before and food is excellent

2 months after signing up and trying once a week (or thereabouts) to get something, I finally got a pastry bag from Rouge in Galway for 4.99

    1 baguette

    1 sourdough loaf

A portion of soup (minestrone I think!)

    A croissant

    A large pain au chocolat

And the staff threw in a brioche for no reason just as I was leaving. Bread was all fresh and some of it still warm from the oven. Lovely staff too, will be back 😀

    Douglas Kaldi Rathborne

    3 cold supermarket sausages

    3 cold black puddings

    1 pastry

I've been using TooGoodToGo for a while. This place is the absolute worst. Contacted the manager and he didn't offer an apology or a refund. Seems this place is just looking to scam people. Photo attached. I picked this up at 7pm. The sausages and pudding were cold, congealed with fat, sitting cold since breakfast I imagine. Will never enter this establishment ever again! AVOID!

Not sure about this one, but looking at the menu, I guess it is the Crispy Aloo Pie with Curry Coconut Chickpeas. (Retail price: €8.50)

Spicy and delicious. Fried when I arrived to collect.

Yes. Don't know the story but definitely gone, had 2 of them saved to my favourites and nothing came up for a week or two and then they disappeared from my saved /favourites altogether but had clearly stopped using it for a few weeks beforehand

Have KC Peaches changed from letting you choose what you want included to preparing containers for you? I used to like the KC Peaches option when you could pick what to include.

    Umi Falafel (Rathmines, Dublin)

    €4.99

    8 Falafel

    Lentil Soup

    Couscous and vegetable salad

    Pitta Bread

    Good quality and delicious food

    Shaku Maku (Rathmines, Dublin)

Classic Hummus with Pitta Bread (RRP €6.50)

Vegetable Mnazaleh (Aubergines, Pepper, Onion, Potato, Carrot, Chickpeas in spicy tomato sauce) (RRP €9.00)

It was OK, but after Umi Falafel's bag, it was kind of disappointing.

    i don’t recommend Urban Co-op in Limerick…. Unless you’re a fan of mouldy vegetables.

    Worst 2Good2Go I’ve gotten to date 😑

I saw James Whelan butchers are on the app for a tenner and On the pigs back. They sound promising has anyone tried them?

Amazing haulage from Mad Brothers Bakery in Ashtown!!

€3.99 for this lot; I will be back

I got a fruit box from Jackie Leonards, expecting a bit of variety for the steep price of of €9. I collected a 15kg box of oranges approx 48 oranges which I will struggle to get through even after giving some away to neighbours. Not one of my better collections. Tartine bakery and Umi I highly recommend though.

I just ordered the fruit box and vegetable box from them this evening.

I was disappointed to read your post. I will let you know how I get on tomorrow

Please do! I was thinking a veg box would be good too but now I'm not so sure.

15kg of oranges for the fruit box from Jackie Leonard… Hmmm… Orange juice for the next month

  • Registered Users Posts: 858 ✭✭✭jolivmmx

This is the veg box for 5.99 from Jackie and Leonard

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,767 ✭✭✭mumo3

Veg box seems to be the best option... you seem to have got a nice mix of both fruit and veg

I'm not a lover of oranges, so it would take me some time, if ever, to get through that amount.... but if I ordered a fruit box and just got a box of oranges I'd be peeved, I'm sure others would be delighted, especially if you have a juicer!!

That's amazing, Could I ask which Fresh store it was? Hoping all their stores are as good but it may just have been a kind employee feeling generous
