Very few places that you can just send a mole across a road without doing harm. ie elctricity and phone and water pipes, I think there's six ducts along a bridge beside me on a very minor road Public services don't seem to know where anything is underground.

A friend wanted three phase and it was only when he had the road crossing done that they discoveredthat three phase was beside him
