FF/FG/Green Government - Part 3 - Threadbanned User List in OP

This easy part is getting to brag about being the biggest party. Like our previous two governments there are no obvious paths to a government for them and it could take quite a while. I would have absolutely no confidence in a left-wing government lasting any more than 12 months and it could be a Dail of multiple governments. Bear in mind too we still don't know how many TDs there will be, likely to go from the current total to somewhere between 170-180 and the effect that may have.

Weren’t there long arguments here about winning and losing elections?

Blaming the NEW UK asylum policy that's barely got of the ground, utterly preposterous.

This mess was predicted months ago .

Quelle surprise. It's never the governments fault, luckily they have someone/something else to blame.

If they're being criticised by those outside of Ireland in that fashion they may pay attention.

Do you mean where could they build? Well for a start, the developers could use the land that they are hoarding. After that, there are plenty of places to choose from. I'm not being smart saying that, they know before they applym= which ones are goung to receive objections, and why.

That's true, but not always the reason. There are many many other legit reasons for objecting, scenery, traffic, wildlife to name a few. It's not always about somebody trying to maintain their house price value.

I am not sure I would agree with that. I have seen the housing ministers constituency more than treble the developments for anybody (including non-constituents) that wants one. Taking into account that much of his constituency is considered 'the bread basket of Ireland' and a lot of livelihoods out there, Swords is creeping out further and further for example. I'm pretty sure his own hometown is also being developed all over, despite objections from the locals on many of them, whose homes would definitely lower in value once many of them are built. But that area is an odd one anyway, They just seem to vote FF FG no matter who it is in.

I can only think MM looking for a Knighthood from Boris before he goes after essentially validating his Asylum seeker policy.. It was an extraordinary statement to make, given this car crash was predicted months ago and obviously has literally nothing to do with anything other than ineptitude and incompetence.

MM has essentially promoted that ghastly Rwanda policy, the right wing are having a field day.
