64 kWh e-Soul owners: worst case scenario range?

I'm basing my best guess from Irish owners of 64kWh niro. I hate when people say ooohhh my car says I can do 500km, when in winter at high speed it's more likely 300km. I prefer to have worst case range prior to buying an EV particularly for long commutes. I also have personal experience of 28kWh ioniq high speed in freezing conditions with rain and headwind, so those figures are worst case. I tend to like to have at least 20% battery on arrival as running down to zero percent is not good for car nor driver and power is limited when level is low. Range also is not displayed at low % and you get lots of warnings. As batteries degrade over the years the range might drop too so if looking for long term investment get a car with more range than you need.
