European small claims procedure which court?

    I want to fill a European small claims procedure. I can not find information which is the right Court.

    I am located in Germany. My opponent is located in Dublin (Ballsbridgde). The issue is about a vacation rental in Dublin.

    If there is a choice I would prefer to fill the claim in Dublin.

    Can someone assist here and tell me what the right court is?
