What a great few days :-) Two senior Irish public people are showing the way to the next generation. MDH publicly shaming FFG for their amoral approach to housing. SH demonstrating there's room for debate on resolving the Ukraine.

IT are furious because they can't fall back to calling either a mad conspiracy theorist. After Covid, FFG and IT thought they had stamped out all remaining freedom of thought in Ireland. Also the righteous indignation in the presenters voices on the radio is a joy to behold.

(What a war-mongering subservient little people we've become. If we put our hands up high enough in class then maybe the US attack companies will set up shop in Ireland too. Yesss... Sir! LOL)

It’s run it’s course, game over ball burst. It’s yesterday’s news.

No one of any real consequence, either in government or a past politician or president was willing to say..Sabina you should stick your beak out of foreign affairs and stop posting on the presidential site.

Too many didn't want to tackle the Presidency, appeasers.

Ukrainian lawyer kicked the sh*t out of their legal claims in a thread in a comment below.

Like I said, AI are a once important organisation that are now drips, and have jumped the shark.

They are not moral or legal authorities on this matter. Just activists hand wringing.

F*ck Putin, tankies, and fellow travelers. Let the Russian invaders burn.

I suppose Amnesty International is just another Putin mouth-piece to you lot, but I might as well give it a try :

"Ukrainian forces have put civilians in harm’s way by establishing bases and operating weapons systems in populated residential areas, including in schools and hospitals, as they repelled the Russian invasion that began in February, Amnesty International said today."

The push-back against the Ukranian Kool-Aid was started by one gently spoken woman with only a pen (and a presidential website) to fight with. Her brave act of defiance was echoed midweek by comrade Corbyn. And now Amnesty International can no longer remain quiet about the horrors they are witnessing on the battlefield. When all the good guys - SCH, Jeremy Corbyn, Amnesty International - are lining up in the opposing trenches, you have got to ask yourself :

    Bickering noted.

Thread closed - the war can be discussed in that Russia thread (except by those banned from that thread, some of whom tried to get their points across here instead)
