What Irish banks have full 24 hr access to online banking?

Have to switch bank soon, what Irish banks have 24 hr access to their online banking? I know some run nightly jobs which take them out for 30mins to an hour. I understand from time to time there will be scheduled or unexpected downtime but would rather not switch to a bank that has this happening every single day.

No bank does nightly closedown.

When maintenance does happen it in the middle of the night about once every 3 months.

AIB does, around 3am, you can't login with the app or the website for somewhere between 30 mins and an hour. Not really an issue in Ireland but travelling in US can be a proper pain in the hole.

Looks like it's 3 to 3.30am, like a company operating on horse and cart when the competition has moved to 40ft Scania's.

I have an aib business account. The shutdowns are sporadic.

But surely you can last 30min in the middle of the night without requiring access
