Can anyone tell me how I access and print a P45 on my account. What document do I click on . It’s very confusing.

AFAIK the P45 is not needed any longer. Its all done directly between the employer and revenue.. You shouldn't even need it for your new employer either.

    P45s and p60s don't exist anymore.

Everything is live between the employer and revenue

Oh really . My daughter is starting a part time job and was asked by her new employer to bring her P45 with her .

you would imagine he would know this .

If it’s Her first job. She needs to register her new job. She needs the employers company registration number, then she needs to login to her account online and click on the new job link. Once she has entered the employers number, name and start date, revenue will issue out her tax credits to the employer. No need for a p45.

if it’s not her first job, give pps to the employer, they sort out the taxes.

I would say it's her employment detail summary they are looking for. She can download it from her MyAccount.

They have no reason to see her pay and tax details from her last employer in order to register her employment. The process for registering employments is quite straightforward and is one of the reasons why P45s ceased to be issued since 31/12/2018.

The last post is correct. However they should be looking for some proper evidence of both address and ID, and something that links them to the ppsn.

That's why some employers prefer you to set the job up yourself in MyAccount.
