    To Bank of Ireland,

Any update on this issue? I would like to view my account but receive the same error message:
    ST_PBO error '800a005b'
Object variable or With block variable not set

    Hi measwell,

Thank you for your post here on Boards.ie.

Can we ask that you call our mortgage team on 016113333 and a representative can look into this for you?

    Thanks,
    Tara C

    Hi DannyX,

Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie

As the ICS mortgage website is not compatible with up to date browsers we have launched a BOI mortgage portal which you can register for here.

    Thanks

    Tara

"we have launched a BOI mortgage portal"

Am I going mad or is there nowhere on the Mortgage Portal to view your transactions? How do I check if a payment has been received or not?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your post.

With Mortgage Viewer you can access the following:

Current mortgage balance - this will update if a payment is received.

    Payment schedule

    Current rate

    Mortgage end date

    Interest accrued (year-to-date)

    Mortgage account options

    Thanks

    Tara

So those of us who make manual payments to our mortgage account can no longer see nor confirm payments have been received...? That's nuts.

Without spending x amount of minutes on hold, how do I confirm a payment?

Thanks for getting back to us here.

You should be able to see your balance change when a payment is made to your account. This may take a short while to update on Mortgage Viewer, but it will change.

The team are also available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm on 01 611 33 33. One of my colleagues will be more than happy to help.

    Thanks, Aisling
