    Like the rest of these schemes it requires the house to be newly built.

    This dramatically reduces the number of houses available to us in Dublin.

    I understand the logic in increasing the housing supply but there is only so much in Dublin within a reasonable commuting distance using public transport so the people making the policy don't seem to consider this at all.

    We need a house for a young family, not an apartment.
