Lots of Newcastle CS wiped there. I only have Trippier but I’ve seen a lot of teams with double/triple Newcastle defences

I thought Trent would come back strong like in March 2021 when he was dropped by Southgate, but his confidence is shot, everyone now knows he can't defend. You can't question Klopp for what he's done with Pool over the years, but TAA has no one pushing him, Robbo has Tsimikas on the left, who has shown that he can do a decent job when called upon. Surprised Nunez hasn't been brought on either - spending 85m on him and losing 2-0 and he doesn't come on?

Is the balance of the team wrong? Does Salah care now that he has his contract? Something is wrong and until they figure it out it's going to be a long season for them.

Like others kicking myself for not losing James on the WC, thought Potter would at least make them tight at the back again but no sign of that yet. Any news on the Mitro injury?
