I have gone with exactly same. €10 and 16/16 wins €2K. I guess there will be couple of surprises but this week is more callable than most. Broncos, Chargers and Saints maybe will let us down.

Yeah its the Bronco's that most worry me but I've been jus a bit above 500 so far so what do I know. There's always a few unexpected results.

As a Rams fam I'm very worried about Dallas as their D line is good and our O line is decimated at moment.

My advice is never back bad teams or divisional matchups unless one team is horrendous and the other good.

The games I'd avoid from a betting perspective this week would be Giants @ Packers, Seahawks @ Saints, Falcons @ Bucs, Cowboys @ Rams, Bengals @ Ravens and Raiders @ Chiefs.

The Patriots are a pretty bad team right now but the Lions have a ridiculous injury list is why I have them under consideration. Giants @ Packers is a game with multiple injuries on both sides including Bakhtiari again and if Daniel Jones is able to go it might be very close. Seahawks @ Saints is two bad teams in my opinion and Rashaad Penny didn't practice yesterday. We don't know Tom Brady's situation right now so I'll avoid the Falcons @ Bucs. Cowboys @ Rams is anybody's guess I think, Bengals @ Ravens the same as Bengals have improved and Joe Burrow against that secondary could make it a bad day for the Ravens but I'm not sure if even that will be enough. Chiefs @ Raiders, you'd fancy the Chiefs but every couple of years the Raiders turn up and we get a 60+ point game which they win. I just don't like the Chiefs on the road against the Raiders. Renfrow was back at practice yesterday and he has until Monday to get out of concussion protocol. We all know what a Josh McDaniels offense is like with a premium slot receiver like Welker or Edelman. Renfrow fits that mould perfectly.

Edit: I forgot about the Dolphins @ Jets. Tua out for one team and Wilson back for the other. Jets aren't great but the Dolphins may be missing Waddle who didn't practice yesterday and don't have Tua.

9-6 Denver 4th quarter in an awful game of football.

  • Registered Users Posts: 38,294 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Worst game I can remember since Washington @ Dallas 20 or so years ago, it finished 9-7. I'm pretty sure that was Monday night football as well.

Both offensive lines have been awful, couldn't pass or run block for most of the night.

TNF delivering the goods, and we can look forward to Commanders at Bears next week 😂

Overtime. Can't believe I stayed up for this. Bronco fans leaving already it's been so bad!

Overtime is just salt in the wounds, it's been soooooo bad.

Yeah and Al Michaels seemed ecstatic over the prospect. The broncos fans are speaking for us all. Awful **** altogether.

  • Registered Users Posts: 40,867 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

He gave it his best shot earlier - "Sometimes a game could be so bad, it's almost good. You know what I mean?" No, Al. It's just terrible.

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,878 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

The first TNF game I’ve been able to watch this season and it’s this one. Maybe it’s the football gods telling me to not.

And the colts win after Wilson can’t get it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,315 ✭✭✭Man Vs ManUre

Bet gone on the 1st game. What a sickener. Fu€k u Broncos. I expect to get at least 13/16 this round.

  • Registered Users Posts: 38,294 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

It's a case of two bad teams facing each other. Matt Ryan looks done to me although I can't be certain because of how porous that offensive line is.

I'm really suspecting that Wilson benefitted from a QB friendly system in Seattle. He looks awful in Denver and while his offensive line isn't good either that doesn't excuse throwing the ball into double and triple coverage and missing his receivers by yards on other plays. His accuracy was non-existent.

So you see how bad he is and then look at the bust that's Geno Smith and how well he's doing in Seattle. It really suggests that Pete Carroll has a QB friendly offense.

Matt Ryan 26/41 for 251 yards last night with 0 TDs and 2 ints . Wilson a pathetic 21/39 for 274 yards with 0 TDs and 2 ints. QB ratings must have been in the 60's at best.

Who is up for Washington Chicago next Thursday! Granted many I saw had pegged Broncos/Colts to be a great match before the season began.

Not sure on Ryan, he has looked bad from a good pocket as well. However this may be from being knocked around so much. He has been sacked as many times this season as Rivers was in full season in Indy.

Broncos seem badly coached. Their one big play had someone running the entirely wrong route making it far far harder for Sutton. So many penalties for false starts, delay of games through the first 5 weeks.

Russ has been bad too and a good time to highlight he was extended before the season began.

Brady is right. A lot of bad football on these days.

Stuff like this is why I was never fully on board with the idea of the Bears giving away the farm for Wilson last year. He's a great player, but he's also the most insincere personality in the league. He's so deep into it now that he has no self awareness at all and you get moments like this below.

I'm constantly cringing when I listen to him speak as it's nothing but corny, unoffensive rehearsed lines you usually hear from politicians. The man's far too obsessed with his image and "legacy".

All pointers from that 1st quarter was that Broncos/Colts game was going to be terrible and it lived up to those dreadful expectations

Almost depressingly intriguing to have watched that full game to see two teams with pre-season play-off ambitions looking so desperately bad all game you would think it was two teams in contention for the number 1 draft pick

It was awful stuff from Wilson - as it was during the game.

But just to be clear - the problem in Denver is not Wilson - it's Hackett, who is probably the worst ever HC hire in the history of the NFL.
