Tested negative for covid so off to the coalface I go with a burgeoning sinus explosion ahead. But I have an apple pastry and a toffee yoghurt in me bag like a carrot on a stick 😂

Got home and my gardener had dug a grave close to where my 2 previous Labrador’s are buried. Placed Munster in there with his bed and some of his favourite pillows. First time in 30 years without a dog in the house. Wife is adamant that we won’t have another one.

Probably best to leave it for a while, some time and space

... then get another dog @smurfjed

They will extend your life and the quality of your life by years and you'll give them a good home.

    Edit ...

That all came out arseways. Too early. Sorry. 😕

So sorry to hear about Mutt, smurfjed. He always seemed like he was living the best life with you and your family. My thoughts are with you and yours.

Tableside here, tired as hell but happy. A friend of mine dropped by today to deliver some get well cards from the office and some 7Up and grapes. Well, the grapes came with a huge glass jug/lantern filled with other fruit as well, apples, kiwis, limes and lemons mainly. Absolutely loved it. Living room's nice and clean, fridge filled with steak for tomorrow and things seem pretty good. *tries to ignore the pile of bills in the corner*...

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

If your account is linked to your phone the problem might be that. Here’s the science bit if you put your phone onto power saver mode when battery hits 20%. E mails will not update. Go to settings and find battery open that and it’s either turn it on or off I can’t remember which bit it should sort it.

Now I’m gumming for porter so I shall be having a few cans of draught Mr Gs. I’m so upset about events in Donegal as how easy life can go in the blink of an eye. I’m teaching my 9 yr old the value of money so I let him into the local shop to get a few bits just to teach about interacting with people and giving money and waiting for change. Christ we will all be iffy going into shops for a while after this. Thoughts and prayers to all involved in this tragedy.

Yeah not easing unfortunately, have a cold so coughing doesn't aid things with my back.. Still, tae and talking rubbish will do me..

Thrown on the couch having a few drinks, half watching The Voice and browsing Spotify, Fleetwood Mac never cease to amaze me, also a little REO Speedwagon and to my surprise I love Elton John/ Britney Spears doing Tiny Dancer.

Hard to get the tragedy in Creelough out of my mind and feel a little bad for feeling so upset about it if that makes sense, just can't get my head around how those families are feeling, just tragic.

Ah that's a balls. I'd hate to be dealing with bad pain on a regular basis like that.

Will try and distract you from the pain with loads of talking rubbish so. Lord knows I'm an expert at that 😆

@[Deleted User] i thought the Elton/Britney tune was kinda boring really, seemed a bit 'going through the motions' if ya get me?.

@[Deleted User] Ah i've mostly acclimatised, but it only takes something small like a cold to throw me right off balance entirely

I got it sorted...looks like my email got hacked and the dodgy email changed a rule that made all imcoming email's go straight into the deleted folder.

Found a load of undeliverable emails in there sent from my email account that i had no idea about, also found a few emails from people telling me to feck off 🙂...anyway, after a long search i discovered how to cancel the rule and it seems solved now.

Just cant look at a bit of porn anymore without getting hacked 🙄🙄🙄😁😁😁

That looks like me trying to get dressed/undressed. The jumper v Sardi's arms wars

@Gremlinertia I hear ya, wouldn't usually be my thing but I think its catchy, heard a snippet a few weeks ago and just remembered it today, didn't even realise who was singing it.

If you could only listen to one singer/ group for the rest of your life who would you choose?

    Yes I'm bored here...☺️😁

Two things: Get a decent password manager (LastPass, Dashlane, KeePass, etc.) and start using randomised passwords and then turn on two-factor authentication on all your accounts. I did the same thing after a scary experience with my "professional" Facebook account, i.e. the one I use to promote my blog. It might be a pain to set up, but there are numerous authenticator apps out there that can help, such as Authy or Microsoft Authenticator. It's a bit of a pain in the neck to set up, but at this stage, it's pretty much needed.

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

That's easy. There were four of them. They came from Liverpool....

I love Fleetwood Mac aswell Duvet. So many great songs and even the evolution of the band over the years and the relationships they had, they're just a very special band. I have a playlist of my favourite songs of theirs on Spotify. Tend to do that with certain bands. Just pick my favourites off all the albums to make one super album! 👌

Hard to pick one singer or band for the rest of your life though. 🤔

Tom Petty is another legend. What you listen to very much depends on your mood when it comes to music doesn't it?

Only one and no 'honorary mention ' to a list of others, that drives me mad, I'm picking Fleetwood Mac and feel bad by not saying Thin Lizzy, Phil will haunt me tonight. 🤞😁

Mam just PM'd me to say hers is Crystal Swing, no idea why she didn't declare that to you all.🤔😁

I couldn't possibly choose one artist to listen to, just no, not possible, i think there may be smoke coming out my ears 🙃

My phone connection thingy in the car has disconnected (again) so I'm back to my 6 CDs, Lizzy, F'Mac, Tom Petty, Cranberries, Don Henley, and Travis (for one song), I need to swap one as have a hankering for Dire Straits atm.

    I like all those too.

I actually think Linger is the greatest ever song by an Irish act.

My vote for one of the classic irish songs is Lir - In A Day
